June 28th, 2010Specific Project goals are to build capacity in the current institutional framework; to provide international best practice advice to the government to support its liquefied natural gas (LNG) and renewable energy (RE) diversification efforts; to promote investments in energy efficiency (EE) measures benefiting residential customers and small and medium enterprises (SMEs); and to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the energy sector.
